There are 7 modules which comprise the syllabus for our Business Enterprise Training (BET). They are as follows:

MODULE 1: BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS DEVELOPMENTA Business Model is the conceptual template by which an enterprise creates, sells and generates value. In this module, entrepreneurs are given insights on how to manipulate the various elements of a business model for optimal business performance.
MODULE 2: MARKET AND MARKETING PLANA Marketing Plan outlines the specific marketing strategy and action points that will be taken in a business over a specific period. In this module, entrepreneurs are educated on the standard method of giving a clear description of products and/or services, market analysis, marketing goals, pricing details, advertisement plans and marketing budget for an enterprise.
MODULE 3: PRODUCTION PLANA Production Plan is a comprehensive description of the production process, activities, investments and cost incurred in order to create a finished product. The process of accurately outlining the production cycle in a production plan is taught in this module.
MODULE 4: SERVICE DELIVERY PLANA Service Delivery plan comprises the processes and channels designated for the delivery of a product or service to a customer. In this module, entrepreneurs are educated on how to organize the service delivery process and articulate it clearly on paper.
MODULE 5: ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT PLANAn Organization and Management Plan is a summary of the team, organizational plans and tasks which form the administrative arm of an enterprise. This module brings to light the process of organizing, planning, managing and leading human resources towards the actualization of the goals of an enterprise.
MODULE 6: FINANCIAL PLANA Financial Plan is an overview of the financial state and projections of an enterprise. It is a collection of financial statements such as loan requirement and repayment schedule, projected profit and loss statement, projected cash-flow statement, projected balance sheet and investment analysis.
In this module, entrepreneurs are taught how to draw standard financial plans which achieve the true intent of creating a financial plan: obtaining the trust of important stakeholders and accessing sufficient help.
MODULE 7: RISK MANAGEMENT STRATEGIESRisk Management Strategies encompass a structured and coherent approach to identifying, assessing and managing risks in an enterprise. In this module, entrepreneurs are taught to identify, assess and manage risks in business seeing as entrepreneurship is by nature a risky venture.
